Returns Policy
We only accept returns if items are not as described or are not in working order due to faulty workmanship. All items must be returned with 10 days of item receipt and return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. You must notify us by email us at sales@atlashobbies.com.au to receive a Return Item Number prior to the return. We will repair or replace where necessary and if this can not be done we will refund the purchase price (less shipping & handling) upon receipt of the item.
If we receive an item after the return 10 day deadline has passed, it is received without a Return Item Number or it does not meet the requirements listed above a 15% restocking fee will be charged or the return will not be processed.

Defective Items
Atlas Hobbies cannot accept responsibility for any injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, engines and accessories, parts and materials that occur during the use of any radio-controlled model. The user and/or customer will determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection with its use. If you substitute or replace normal kit hardware and/or radio components with after-market accessories, Atlas Hobbies cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure caused by incompatibility or modifications. This includes all other products sold by Atlas Hobbies P/L.
Atlas Hobbies try to provide quality customer service and ensure timely and accurate processing of every order. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our website. However, the documents and graphics published on our site may contain technical or typing inaccuracies. Atlas Hobbies makes no representations about the suitability of the information presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Atlas Hobbies. maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and paid, Atlas Hobbies will issue a credit in the amount paid. Please allow up to 3 days to process the credit in this instance. All shipping charges are NOT refundable.
