Shipping Charges
Shipping & handling charges are at the buyer’s expense for any sized order shipped anywhere either locally or internationally. There is a charge for packing and that will vary from item to item. We use the normal postal services offered by Australia Post.
International Orders
For International shipping we use the services of Australia International Postal services. Please email us for shipping quotes for orders locally or to all international countries. Alternatively, when placing your order online we will send you a shipping quote for your confirmation before we ship the order.
Please remember to enter your correct email address and state.
We will not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in the mail once they leave our premises. We advise customers to take out insurance at an extra cost to the buyer if they have any concerns.
Overnight
Overnight and expedited shipping options are NOT available.
Online
Our online shopping cart uses a secure server 128 Bit SSL encryption. You can pay for your order using direct deposit, personal cheques or money orders for sales within Australia. When paying by cheque please note that we will not dispatch goods until the cheque has cleared. This includes Bank Cheques and Business Cheques. For international payments we only accept PayPal.
